We are pleased to detail below a brief tarrif of our charges for services. Please remember these are for guidance only as we prefer to discuss informally with our clients the proposal for a prject before we submit any firm idea of costings. We do not charge for an initial consultation and any advice given at this stage is free and withut commitment from either party.

* we hope that our customers are happy with our service and commitment to their website and will never wish to go elsewhere, however in the event that a client is considering a change of provider we would respectfully ask for the opportunity to discuss this with our client and try to resolve any issues or difficulties. Where a client does in the end decide to take their website elsewhere for hosting we reserve the right to charge a small fee for the work involved in packaging their site, extracting the content from the database, sending the various files to our client and/or the new provider (this is done in CD format) and communicating with the new provider as required. Our fee reflects the cost in terms of our time and any other items involved that represent a cost incurred by us in the transfer process. Our fee does not cover setup advice or debugging of the site on behalf of our client once we have released the files, this is solely the responsibility of the new service provider.
